The ‘Green Kitchen Lab’ welcomes its guests in a modern and stylish atmosphere that is very different from conventional canteens. Contemporary furnishings in fresh colours create a pleasant environment that invites you to linger and enjoy. The new catering facility at Irchel not only focuses on innovation in its furnishings, but also in its food. The culinary offering is based primarily on seasonal, regional and, as far as possible, natural food from plant sources.
