UZH's Mensas and Cafeterias

Due to a technical issue with the elevator, we’ll have to switch to disposable tableware in the UZH Zentrum cafeterias for the moment. Unfortunately, without the elevator, it’s not possible for us to transport the porcelain dishes. This is a one-time incident – the repair work is already in progress.

Starting from the Spring Semester 2025, UZH cafeterias will offer more vegetarian options on Mondays. The "Butcher" menu line will be transformed into "No-Butcher" on these days. This is one of several measures within the Strategic Project Decarb UZH Climate Neutrality 2030.
