Origin of meat and fish
Our kitchens only use top-quality meat and sustainably caught fish. These designations are subject to strict guidelines, covering every aspect of the process from breeding to processing to preparation. The guidelines are reviewed on a regular basis. Since fresh products require a short supply chain, we give preference to regional suppliers wherever possible. They procure their meat and fish from the following countries:

Vegan, gluten- and lactose-free dishes
Even though we take great care when labeling our foods, vegan dishes could still contain traces of animal products. Foods declared as being gluten- or lactose-free could still contain traces of flour or milk and products derived from flour or milk. Please contact our manager if you have any questions.
